I am an epidemiologist, strategist, and organizational leader focused on turning what we learn into meaningful, lasting change. My work sits at the intersection of data, evaluation, technology, strategy, and organizational capacity, helping leaders and teams build the skills, systems, and confidence they need to act effectively.

Across my career, I have designed infrastructure, led complex initiatives, and helped translate evidence and listening into practical action. I bring curiosity, integrity, and systems thinking to that work, with a particular interest in building change that can endure beyond the people who first champion it.
